The Town has released its latest Infrastructure Report, offering a glimpse of the condition and value of local infrastructure in New Tecumseth.
The report assesses four major service areas—drinking water systems, sewer collection systems, storm water networks, and transportation infrastructure—valued at approximately $2.84 billion.
The report answers three questions: What does the Town own, what is it worth, and what condition is it in, while also bringing awareness to infrastructure performance and identifying gaps to support long-term planning and investment.
