Police have charged a resident of Palgrave for operating an ATV within the town of New Tecumseth, while prohibited.
An officer recognized the 42 year old male as being prohibited from driving.
While attempting to make a traffic stop….the individual fled on foot.
The police officer chased the man into a residence, the individual then turned around and
came back out… then resisted arrest.
The accused, is facing multiple charges.
