A Vaughan resident is facing charges after police responded to a call from a driver regarding a vehicle in the ditch, Friday (jan10) night.
Nottawasaga OPP discovered the vehicle around 11:30 at the the intersection of Highway 89 and County Road 56, in Essa Township.
There were 2 occupants in the vehicle at the time and they were able to get out on their own, without any injuries.
Following a breathalyzer test, a 29 year old man from Vaughan was charged with multiple impaired driving related charges, as well as having liquor readily available inside the vehicle and Failing to surrender his licence.
