The Georgian Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic is hosting its Grand Opening Friday (nov15).
Officials, including Deputy Premier and Minister of Health Sylvia Jones, will be on hand at the new Innisfil location in the Rizzardo Health & Wellness Centre for a ribbon cutting at noon.
The clinic will focus on over-all health promotion, disease prevention, mental health support, and chronic disease management.
Doors opened to the public last month…and once fully operational, the clinic is expected to provide care for more than 3,000 patients.
