Stevenson Memorial Hospital has partnered with Bayshore HealthCare to launch the Stevenson@Home program.
The program aims to help patients who don’t require to stay in the hospital but still require care, feel more comfortable during care.
It will also help free up hospital beds.
Those using the program can stay at home while still benefiting from proper care.
Patients can stay with the program for up to 16 weeks.
