After years of complaining about the terrible skate park in Alliston, a new one is finally on the horizon.
The proposed new All Wheels Park was designed with kids, for kids and has family in mind.
Constable Joseph Chamberlain is a Youth Officer with the Nottawasaga OPP spoke on the subject at New Tecumseth Council.
He says this park will be like no other

Constable Chamberlain says the budget for the project is approximately $970,000.
The majority of the cost would be covered through grants and donations.
He asked council to consider helping with a few of the less expensive items, like a shade structure and lighting.
The All Wheels Park is proposed to be situated at Allistons Riverdale Park.
Constable Chamberlain hopes to have it done by next fall.
He then plans to move onto Beeton and Tottenham and provide upgrades to their skate parks.
