The Town of New Tecumseth has officially proclaimed this week as National Volunteer Week.
The proclamation recognizes the contributions of the 12.7 million Canadians who volunteer each year, including countless local residents from all walks of life here in New Tecumseth, who dedicate their time to improving the community.
Mayor Norcross urges everyone to volunteer and put empathy into action, helping to build communities where people feel happier & healthier, creating a stronger, more connected New Tecumseth.
