An Alliston man is facing impaired driving charges, following a single vehicle crash early Sunday morning.
Around 4 a.m. officers got a call from a driver who reported colliding with a traffic light, after swerving to avoid two deer near Highway 89 and County Road 50 while heading east into Alliston.
He also admitted to drinking earlier in the night.
A roadside breath test revealed the driver was impaired – he was arrested and charged, along with a 90-day license suspension.
