New Tecumseth Fire Truck
More than a dozen firefighters responded to a house fire on Willis Drive in Alliston early Wednesday afternoon.
Crews from New Tecumseth arrived shortly before 1 p.m. to find heavy smoke and flames coming from a two-storey home.
No one was inside at the time, but Fire Chief Dan Heydon said the home sustained significant heat and smoke damage throughout.
The cause of the fire remains undetermined.
