The Nottawasaga OPP Traffic Unit recently conducted traffic stops in Adjala-Tosorontio, where a vehicle was found in violation of several key regulations.
The driver and company were hit with multiple charges, including a $490 fine for lacking a currently validated permit, a $110 fine for failing to surrender the vehicle permit, and a $240 fine for not conducting the required vehicle inspection.
The driver received another $240 fine for failing to accurately complete the daily inspection report.
The company was also charged $390 for not ensuring proper daily inspections were conducted.
