A Beeton man has been charged with impaired driving after being stopped by the OPP in New Tecumseth Monday night.
Around 8:00 p.m., officers responded to a report of a white pickup truck driving erratically on 5th Line and 10 Sideroad.
The vehicle was reportedly swerving and unable to maintain its lane.
Police located the truck, the driver failed the screening and was arrested.
He now faces charges of impaired driving and having liquor readily available in the vehicle.
