Some April snow this morning!
A Weather Advisory is in effect for the area:
“Lake effect snow off Georgian Bay will weaken this afternoon. Northwesterly winds gusting to 60 km/h combined with the falling snow will result in local blowing snow, further reducing visibility. The morning commute may be impacted. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.”
