A 30-year-old driver from New Tecumseth is facing impaired driving charges after failing a roadside breath test in Alliston.
Early Saturday morning, Nottawasaga OPP stopped a vehicle that failed to obey a stop sign at Church Street North and Wellington Street West.
The driver was arrested and charged with operation while impaired, a 90-day licence suspension, and their vehicle was impounded for seven days.
