It’s always important to secure any loads to your vehicle.

On Friday, March 14th, shortly before 12:30 p.m., a Nottawasaga OPP officer was on patrol when they observed chairs flying off the back of a truck on the busy Highway 89. The driver was quickly pulled over, and after inspection, they were issued a $160 fine for having an insecure load.

Through a social media post, the OPP issued a reminder to all drivers: secure your load properly to prevent accidents and ensure everyone’s safety on the road.
