Nottawasaga OPP have charged a Schomberg man after reports of dangerous driving.
On Monday night just after 8:30 p.m., police received a complaint about a Toyota pickup truck driving erratically on 5th Line near Tottenham doing burnouts at stop signs.
A second call came in at 9:25 p.m. reporting the truck had driven over a patio at a restaurant in Loretto.
Officers found the vehicle at an Esso station on Highway 9, where the driver refused a breath test.
The 51-year-old man was charged with several offenses, including having an open container of liquor in the vehicle.
He is scheduled to appear in court in April.
