Police are reminding residents to ease up on the gas peddle.
A transport truck driver in Loretto was clocked speeding through town at 96 km/hr… in a 60 zone over the weekend.
To make matters worse, the trucks licence plate was so dirty the attending officer could not read it.
The driver is now facing a speeding charge AND a fine for the obstructed plate.
Police remind drivers, especially those with larger vehicles, high speeds can be dangerous.
