Residents in Borden, Angus and the surrounding area are being advised the Canadian Armed Forces Remembrance Day Ceremony might get loud.
Blank artillery rounds will be fired during the Ceremony (nov11).
Two separate sets of rounds will be fired at 11:00 a.m. and then at 11:02 a.m.
The gunshots will be loud and will be followed by an echo.
Those with a sound sensitivity are advised to use noise cancelling headphones, during portions of the ceremony.
The Remembrance Day ceremony will take place at Borden Legacy Park (intersection of Highway 10 and Mill St.) from 10:15 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
Parking will be available at the Angus Arena and Rainbow Mall.
