Derek POWELL is described as a 54 year old white male, 5’8″ (173 cm) 260 lbs (118 kg) with brown hair and green eyes.
POWELL is serving a seven (7) year, six (6) month and fifteen (15) day Long Term Supervision Order for:
-Assault with a Weapon
-Threaten Death and Bodily Harm – 2 counts
-Forcible Confinement – 2 counts
-Assault Peace Officer – 2 counts
-Mischief
-Fail to Comply with Probation Order – 4 counts
The offender is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area, Peterborough, Simcoe Region, York Region and Durham Region.
