An 18 year old man is charged with arson after a house fire in Alliston Monday (jul 13) night
Nottawasaga OPP say they, along with New Tecumseth Fire Rescue, were called to the home on Treetops Blvd around 8pm.
There is no damage estimate but OPP says it was substantial.
The good news is there were no injuries.
The Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office has been called in to investigate.
The suspect lived in a basement apartment in the home.
